My heart rate watch stopped working so I had to get a new one. I love this Polar A300! It tracks steps and so much more. I know it's a little bulky but I don't mind it. Before I had to wear my Fitbit and Polar watch during workouts to keep track of steps and accurate heart rate. This does it all🎉. Sooo. Wie man sieht hab i heut wieder bissl mehr uff de Hüfte, aber nach dem Fressgelage gestern Abend kein Wunder #fürmehrrealitätaufinstagram😉✌. ABER dafür hab ich heut meine neuen Gewichte und meine neue Fitnessmatte eingeweiht (die andere löste sich schon auf 😅🙈) und viel wichtiger ist, dass ich mir die Challenge von @intuitivefit und @bodystrength_coach zu Herzen genommen hab. Nachdem ich die letzten Wochen die Arme wegen der Op kaum bis gar nich belasten konnte, hab ich heut von jeder Übung bei #armsandabs vom #bbg #week1 10 Wiederholungen mehr gemacht als vorgegeben und vor allem bei meiner Hassübung Push Ups auf die richtige Ausführung geachtet. Arme sind echt meine Schwachstelle🙈. Through the 7 weeks of BBG I've been pushing through I've mostly seen some progress through my legs. No complaints, I look forward to leg day (even though it sucks ass) because I know it's one step closer to fitter thighs and a nice booty. I haven't really noticed any other changes until this morning, I have ZERO upper body strength but today I somehow managed to breeze through the 90 push-ups and 30 tricep dips that I normally struggle through. Seriously, I pansy out at 10 push-ups and barely make it through 5 tricep dips. Realizing the change I did something today that I've never done before...I flexed in the mirror. Well well well...what do we have here....a fucking muscle. That's right. A. Fucking. Baby. Muscle. I'm so proud of that muscle. I will name her Michelle. #bbgweek8 #armsandabs ✔️ Back on my regular schedule today and it feels great! I was getting a little worried yesterday with my bad attitude and lack of motivation. Got my workout done at my usual time right after I dropped the oldest kids off at school so now I have the rest of the day to prep for vacation and maybe get some #LISS in later on. Bonus: from this angle, it looks like I actually kinda, sorta have some abs. Holy sweat fest 💦 today was a serious shoulder burner! Lay down push ups, decline push ups and mountain climber/push up combo! Seriously @kayla_itsines !? But actually it felt great, my back is feeling mucho better and I was able to up my weight (by a proper amount) for the squat presses and weighted jack knifes.
