The longer I am working out on a daily base, the more I feel motivated everyday to do something! 🏋️‍♀️ Even though I see no change in my body and/or in my weight... I guess it really all comes down to my eating habits haha 😅 Currently I am trying something new for me: intermitted fasting. Which means I am eating all my meals in an 8hour time span. It is only day 2 and I am feeling very positive about it! Because I have to wait longer until I can eat. Which makes me think more about what I eat. And so I eat healthier! 🌱Haha I really love food and flavours so I struggle a lot with portion sizes, and feeling full. Because once I eat I can keep on eating! Like: snacking and not stopping. Or eating dinner and still craving other stuff. Guess who just completed week ✌🏼 arms & abs at 12:17am😉 today was a rough day mentally-normally when I feel really down and sad I go to food and sleep for comfort. Don't get me wrong I took a nice 3 hour nap today🙈🤗 but I didn't run to food when I easily could have.
