9 km #running done ✔ short leg #workout done ✔ ✅ lunge with leg raise ✅ skaterjumps with side lunge ✅ lunge jumps ✅ squats with diagonal knee raise ➡ i did 4 rounds with 50sec exercises, 10sec rest and a short break during every round. But it is currently so cold outside and so a short break is better. And of course i did both sides. #anditburned Ist ziemlich reingegangen und hab die Beine beim Heimlaufen ziemlich gespürt. War ja noch dazu Gegenwind. Guys I'm feeling so much better but more than that I'm feeling so proud of myself! Old Steph would have been like, you're sick, take the week off. ❌Which by the way IS extremely important to do if your body is telling you to do so❌but I knew mine just needed one day off. So Tuesday I dragged myself upstairs and got to it. I found that starting off with yoga with/or stretching really helps me get in the mood. I started off with a half an hour walk in the snowy dusk, came back, did 36 mins stretching to loosen my hips, then took it easy with BBG wk 2 legs but still broke a sweat! Today I started with a 20 min full body stretch followed by an upbeat cardio sesh, with allll the jumping jacks (15 mins) then moved on to a focused glute workout, I like to call it a glute grill cuz my 🍑 was on 🔥🔥🔥and that was about 20 mins. Finished off with lying in wide knee child pose to relieve the tension. And after a hot shower I feel great! I also started a fitness bullet journal to keep me on track! How's your week going? Today I have a free day, that means cooking at home after a while ☺ when I'm at university the whole day I have never time to cook at home and I always buy the food there. Just did my first workout of @sinead_disaya all the abs & booty programs. 🦁👑 Definitely got my sweat on 💦. I did plank with twist in a high plank instead of on my elbows because my elbow still isn't 100% healed, and it gets worse with fraction on it. Also don't mind my dirty mirror, when I was gone for holiday break they had to work in my room because of some problems and also painted apparently, without putting plastic over all my stuff. 😒 so now there are paint drops all over my floor and mirror. Alright, I got tagged by the lovely ladies @isaura.lbl and @fitorphatuk to state 10 non-fitness related facts about me. Here we go! . . ➡I live in Vienna, Austria, which is a beautiful city. ➡However, I get bored quite easily and very fast sooooo I am a bit bored of this beautiful city. ➡I am seriously infected with the travel bug. I can't stay in one place for too long before I ask myself what the hell I'm doing with my life. 😒😇 ➡Therefore I travel a lot. I went to New Zealand in 2014 and lost my heart to this country. I've been wanting to return ever since and actually am going to in July - shirt trip only, buuuut still. ❤ ➡I am thinking of applying for work on a cruise ship in fall or at one point this year. Travel bugs are real, people! ➡I will hopefully have my bachelor of education in June. ➡I have, however, studied for the past 2.5 years for becoming something I'll probably never become. (primary school teacher.) for now I have no real drive whatsoever to actually take a job in that field. ➡I once wanted to become a musical theatre actress. I decided (after failing my first audition) that this was nothing for me. I need success and praise, I don't like failure, and I don't need people to tell me to change myself/loose weight (that's what I got told) - I do this very well on my own, thank you very much. ➡I am a total Harry Potter nerd and I AM PROUD OF IT. you might not realize, but my socks in this picture are fantastic beasts socks. 😁 thank you, best friend❤ ➡I color clash. My leggins, sport bras, shoes, t-shirts whatever, they all clash. Hence the photo. (probably this is a bit fitness related oops.) . . . Alrightyooo, I just finished an improvised HITT circuit, if you wanna give it a go (no equipment needed at all!) here you are: perform 3 rounds of these 5 exercises (30sec on, 30 sec off) ✔jumping jacks ✔x-hops ✔x-mountain climbers ✔Jump squats ✔burpees ☝Then go and die.
