So let's talk BEST and WORST! My favourite workouts are ab workouts. In primary school I did karate for 2 years and in high school I was in the circus for 2 years, both of these activities needed a lot of core strength, so my core is still pretty tough today which make ab workouts doable, which make them fun! My fav ab exercise is ab bikes 😁 sometimes if I'm doing ab bikes and the timer goes off I just carry on until it burns 🔥 My absolute worst is arm workouts. I think 99.9% if you will agree with me. In circus I did aerial dancing, so I needed strong arms, and I could pull myself up the silks and do all kinds of crazy gymnastics up in the air, ask me to do a push up? Lol. No thanks. And so we get to my worst arm exercise and worst exercise in general push ups... Urgh and there are so many variations! Knee push ups, reverse push ups, drop push ups, spider push ups, all of these are scattered through BBG and instill eternal dread in my soul when I see them on the workout page. 😖😖 So there you have it, my fav and worst workouts, lucky (unlucky) for me, they're one in the same in the BBG program 😆😑 so many mixed feelings on Wednesdays.
