Monday is back day for me. Building a good back can be very challenging. ⬛️ First, you can’t see the muscles you are training so you must rely on feel. ⬛️Second, most exercises for back are compound movements meaning other muscles are incorporated. Biceps for most people being the biggest secondary muscle involved. 💡This is why I preach form and technique over & over. When we lift, we have a natural tendency to use a form that allows us to move the most weight we can for our individual genetics. Great for powerlifting or CrossFit, but not always the best for bodybuilding. Focusing on isolating a muscle is hard. It requires practice and patience. I always judge an exercise and the form I use for that exercise on the pump I get from it. 🤙
Okay so today is chest and tricep, what we have here is the iso lateral wide chest Hammer Strength press.
