What do you think of my squat form??? ----------------------------------------------- Weight used here is 275 lbs for 10 sets of 3 reps. This clip is from set 8, at which point I was getting pretty fatigued. However, I completed all 10 sets today, whereas when I attempted this about 6 weeks ago I was only physically able to do 7 sets for 3 reps. These small victories compound over time, and progression comes in many forms. Also, body weight is pretty similar to when I tried this last that's another win 😊 ----------------------------------------------- P.S. They play some crazy ass music at my gym. If you ever go to Got Muscle in Sacramento, bring some headphones 🎶 ----------------------------------------------- My current macros: 67 fat, 465 carb, and 207 protein. ----------------------------------------------- Today's weigh in: 166.4 lbs. ----------------------------------------------- Skip school, lift weights.

I needed the mental push to get me past the rut I have been in. I have an overall healthy mindset but I get in these hard spots that keep me from getting where I really want to be; where I could be; where I should be. You have to make goals. But it doesn't stop there. You have to make a plan. Every day, you should do at least one thing that pushes you even slightly toward that goal. When you make progress, don't stop, keep pushing just a little further each time. You won't be disappointed. Today's workout destroyed me. Started 225 for 8 - 315 for 6 - 335 for 5 then hit 345 5 sets of 2 before failing at a 405 attempt then finished with 2 sets of pause squats at 300.
