A year ago today I had one of the biggest meltdowns of my entire life. One that I never thought I'd recover from. I had been taken advantage of and lied to for so long that when I was faced with reality it shattered me. But I'm thankful for that meltdown. It brought to light how wrong my priorities had been for two years. It made me realize how different I had become in a way I didn't like. Now, 365 days later, I can say that I'm proud of myself. Working a bit old school for the next 2days being at my old gym that I started in back in 05 💪👍👊 But still got the work done doing Chest & Biceps!! For the dumbbell incline press, keep your body at a 45-degree angle with your chest out, shoulders contracted, and back as flat as possible. Get a good stretch on the flat hammer press by accentuating the movement, pushing out of the hole, and holding for a contraction. Use dumbbells for your decline press so that you're in a less restricted position and have free range of motion. Stretch between sets!!!!!
