I was so sick all weekend with a terrible cold (I hate being sick 😭) and today I finally felt good enough to go hit a light leg session & abs ☺️ and finally got my gym partner back too 😍 @vanquick13 I'm not going to stress out about missing 3 days at the gym from being sick I'm just gonna hit it extra hard this week 🤗 Fitness has ups and downs and setbacks, just stay dedicated and keep working towards your goal!
