Today, most are focused on the #inauguration. Sure, we have a new president, but what's more important is what you're doing to improve your life. I listened to permaculture lectures while working so I can finish the course and get one step closer to certification; I got a workout in and pushed myself harder than I did yesterday; I planned my meals for the next week; paid my bills; and took care of my critters. I would say, in honor of leg day, but today was not a leg day for me(so no pump). Posting this one to keep you updated on my lower body progress. Still working on building fuller quads, hammies, and calf development. Although I captured my calves at a somewhat weak angle, a couple of the areas that I see that I need to include the anterior/front muscle of the calf as well as overall width. I rarely post lower or full body pictures, but as you can see I'm proportional. A great day to do some cardio/HIIT training. Workout : 5 exercises, 15 reps each, no rest until each set is complete. 5 sets. After each set I did a complex barbell workout which is listed below.
