My routine is this: wake up, pint of warm lemon water, with a tablespoon from my salt #sole I may have some coffee with a splash of coconut milk about a half our after the Lemon water. Then I basically fast until my green meal shake. And then a nice hearty vegan dinner. I have lost 4 pounds in about 12 days. But it is not about the weight loss, it's my heart that made the choice to go #vegan. So today's green meal shake: coconut water, 2 tablespoon of flax oil, 2 tablespoon of MCT oil solely coconut derived, 3 tablespoons of #hemp hearts, 3 tablespoon of #organika #supermushroomproteinpowder, 2 tablespoons of #cytomax #greenspowder, juice of whole lemon, 8 strawberries, entire avocado, 1 tsp of #spirulina, Blend and sip over about 1-3 hours. I like to chew my smoothies gets those saliva juices flowing for better digestion. Everyday you can start with a clean slate!
