For the longest time after high school when I gained weight I was so defeated because I was working out 5 days a week and not making progress 😫. Then I found my amazing virtual fitness group with bootcamps to hold me accountable and I saw all these awesome ladies sticking to their meal plans, so it made me want to try the meal plan along with my workouts! I dropped 19 pounds (holy 💩, still can’t believe I did that) and have learned SO MUCH, and still continue to learn every day about nutrition and what foods I should be feeding my body so I can feel good inside AND out. That’s why I offer these bootcamps to you. Because I want to give you the chance at a new life just like I was given 🥰. Saturday’s #day6 is complete! Woke up at 5:30 to make sure to get my first workout outta the way. Came back got ready, we loaded and left to our event that would consist us to be away for practically the whole day, got home late night and squashed out the last workout from home. Gallon complete, food under 1500 calories, selfie taken and 10 pages read. Phew! #75hard
Much of my adventure today couldn’t be captured (🚫📸) but the Holocaust museum in Jerusalem was one of the most powerful experiences I’ve ever been a part of. A fantastic exercise for hitting all 3 heads of the triceps are reverse dip machine presses. Be sure to squeeze each rep and try to get a stretch at the top for best results. Do this one right, and it BURNS! 🔥 🔥 🔥
