Mango-Couscous-Mugcake (400kcal): . 150 g grated and wrung out zucchini about 70 g cooked couscous (25 g dried, let sit with 65 ml boiled water for 10 min) 50 g sliced mango 1 egg 28 g whey 1 tsp baking powder 1 tbs grated flaxseeds some sweetener . Mix it and put it in a medium sized bowl in the microwave for 3:30 min at 700 Watt. Be careful with with getting it out because of the couscous. I covered the mugcake with 60g curd (mixed with some water and sweetener) and some dried mulberries. . ------------------------------------ . Mango-Couscous-Mikrowellenkuchen (insg. 400 kcal): . 150 g geriebene und ausgedrückte Zucchini circa 70 g gekochter Couscous (25 g trocken, mit 65 ml Wasser 10 min überbrüht) 50 g geschnittene Mango 1 Ei 28 g Proteinpulver 1 TL Backpulver 1 EL geschrotete Leinsamen etwas Süßstoff . Mische alles in einer mittelgroßen Schüssel und stelle es bei 700 Watt für 3:30 in die Mikrowelle. Sei später vorsichtig beim Rausholen aus der Schüssel, da die Masse durch den Couscous etwas krümelig ist. Don't underestimate the importance of stretching. I always stretch after a workout. It's a great way to cool down and helps with flexibility. My legs are still a little tight from Sunday, why is day 2 always the worst!? So I really enjoyed stretching out my legs today after T25.
