Going on 10 hours straight of working on what I'm now calling "Body By Becci 2.0", researching and developing my programs to offer the best quality coaching. As a health and wellness coach it is about more than just nutrition and fitness. It is about helping others overcome their perceived limitations, attain specific goals, and increase overall satisfaction in their life. Think big picture! And I will forevermore be learning new information and gain experience to bring to the table. Db Pullovers with 55lbs. It's a great exercise to hit your chest and back. So if you happen to do a chest/back day I would recommend this to finish your workout.

Today marks the end of week 7. . Just destroyed chest and had a good workout despite being on less than 50g of carbs everyday. . Less than 1 week out.

This belief came from a couple of older studies that showed a slightly greater proportion of type II muscle fibers in the hamstrings compared to other muscles. However, the reality is that most studies have found that the hamstrings have a fairly mixed muscle fiber type, with a balance between both type I and type II muscle fibers. This important new study used the latest methods to determine the muscle fiber type of the biceps femoris (long head), which is the hamstring muscle that is most often injured during sprinting.
