Yes I have hip dips in the first photo. Society typically shames them, I have chosen not to. To me it's an added curve and shows my quad progress. Yes I have 'big legs' in the middle photo but I see the quad/ hamstring/ glutes separations. Yes I am 'flat-chested' but clock the obliques and the smileeeee. Think to yourself the way that you would speak to a loved one. Would you ever point out all of their flaws and ignore their assets?! No, so do not treat yourself in that way. Focus on your attributes. Most importantly, always see yourself in a positive light. ❣️

When you murdered the gym and it's time for a wine and refit. @carnivorwine 3 sets of lunges with dumbbells, 6 sets of lunges with medicine ball, 6 sets of sumo squats with medicine ball, 5 sets of barbell squats, 4 sets of deadlifts, 25 sets of calf extensions... all in 40 minutes. Finished with 10 minutes of bicycle.
