When this tired it seems counter productive to train. Got to the gym and took a look at everyone lifting and decided to head to the cafe instead to work. Don't stop when you're tired, stop when you're done? When this tired I can't even start. Welcome back insomnia! 😴☕️

Wow, received an unbelievable amount of early birthday wishes on Slap Prez's last post, so sweet & thankful for so many kind humans 🙂💕 I'm on day 4 of the lowest calories I've been on cutting (very temporarily) because I'm hoarding them for tonight - Saturday. . Here's an example of my meals from earlier this week: •M1: Protein waffles (1 scoop protein powder, baking powder, 1 egg, water) + 1T PB & 1/2 serving of SF syrup. •M2: Protein bar •M3: 3oz chicken + 1 egg white, reduced sugar ketchup, 1 cucumber w/ Himalayan pink salt, 4 cups salad w/ 2oz tomatoes & 2T light Olive Garden dressing. •M4: Chicken, broccoli, & 1tsp olive oil. •M5: 1/2 C hash browns + egg whites + reduced sugar ketchup •M6: (not a meal, more like dessert... lol) 1T PB. . My workouts have also increased this week both in volume + cardio. Monday & Tuesday's workouts I had a lot of energy, but yesterday was almost impossible. But I used ALL the mental power I had to push through it regardless. Thankfully today's an active rest day & am only doing an hour of LISS today. Then I get to go out to eat for an early bday dinner & then treat myself to an entire pint of Halo Top!!! 😍🙌🏼🤘🏼 So excited. Happy Thursday!
I'm guilty as well when ego lifting your working muscles but more then likely not the ones your lift was intended to work
