This week Tuesday night was prep night! 🥘We had meal prep from last week to get us through today so picked up groceries last night and prepped tonight! It took up my evening for about 3️⃣ hours but now lunches and dinners are ready to go for the week! This included picking up the kitchen and texting and milling around too! On the menu: 🔸Roasted Chicken with Baby Red Potatoes and Sauce 🍗 🥔 🔸Cheesy Chicken and Broccoli 🧀 🍗 🔸Turkey Burgers 🍔 🔸96% Extra Lean Burgers 🍔 🔸Breakfast will include egg whites with laughing cow cheese, a bowl of cereal and either unsweetened almond milk or protein shake as milk with a banana. 🔸Burgers will be on buns, served with peas, a slice of ff cheese and reduced sugar ketchup😍 I love burgers 🍔 I vary my seasoning on them 🔸Every week I have to find a new way to spice up chicken otherwise I just can't 😛 I made the chicken and potatoes in the oven, while the cheesy chicken broccoli was in the crockpot and then got the burgers ready to grill! Lastly, everything goes into a container ready to grab n go🙌🏼 I usually just put burgers in one big container, take one out to warm up, make veggies, quick easy dinner in minutes when it's all prepped👍🏼
