This week in the gym KICKED MY ASS. After taking a deload week and then basically bullshiting last week when I tested my maxes my entire body is sore lol! 😩😩 — Thankfully today was a rest day. Did yoga for the first. Followed one of @yamimufdi videos and it humbled me REAL QUICK 😳 but I love a challenge and will be adding yoga in everyday Sunday! — About to turn in for the night because my body needs all the rest it can get! 😴✌🏾🛌

Modified Pistols (3 weeks post op) These have been extremely useful (pre and post op) in helping me re-learn how to go downstairs. Going up is simple, going down requires the quad to activate. After having performed the modified pistols over a few different days, I DID successfully go down a flight of stairs normally, for the first time, post surgery.
