I was sour, crabby and tired this morning, but I decided I could either moan and groan about it or I could change my attitude. I got real dorky and decided to SMILE through my workout (and pain) instead of dreading it. Shockingly, I had one of the best workouts to date and was able to progress for the first time! It's our minds that need convincing, not our bodies. They are already fully capable of crushing anything you throw at them.
