There are so many promises out there… Promises that you'll get rich or lose weight quickly without effort. Those promises are actually lies. False expectations. You may initially make some good money, but without continuous effort and growth, money will stop coming. You may lose 30,40,50 lbs doing a "quick fix", but what happens when you start eating the same way you always have? I was guilty of trying the quick fix- I mean if it takes little effort count me in right??!! Not only did I waste so much time and money, I didn't LEARN how to live differently. I didn't LEARN what changes I needed to make to truly LIVE.
