I've been battling this same 1 single pound for about a week now and I would be lying if I said it wasn't discouraging. I have adjusted my macros to even push it that last little bit. This last pound would put me at a 20lb loss which is amazing! Its a constant battle in with my mind that the scale doesn't define my success the single fact I've stuck with this for as long as I have is a huge success. So I am going to post this weeks NSVs 1.I put on a size 8 pair of jeans and wore them all day comfortably (I haven't done that in almost 2.5 years) 2. I wore a shirt that was my go to always fits me and looks decent and I was SWIMMING in it. 3.I AM going to hit my first weight loss goal a month early. Everything is good about steak 🤷🏻‍♀️ roll up all your favorite ingredients in a flank steak and boom. You have dinner 🍴 ••• To make: Season a flank with salt and pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, a little Worcester, and a little soy sauce • Sauté spinach, mushrooms, garlic, whatever else you like! • Spread the spinach mushroom mix and some feta cheese over the flank steak and roll up, pinning in place with toothpicks every inch or so • Slice into little individual roll ups with one tooth pick per roll up so they stay rolled with the filling inside • Heat up cast iron skillet with a little olive oil until sizzling - add steak rolls until cooked through • Serve with a veggie and some asparagus rice on the side • Enjoy steak 2.0 😋🍗🍴
