Today was a better day! No headache, and gorgeous weather 😻 completed my LISS today, and trying to mentally prepare myself for full body tomorrow eeeekkkk 😅 made this delicious sheet pan dinner tonight of chicken, crispy Brussels sprouts, and Japanese sweet potatoes! So yummy! Rounded out my calories right at 1,450 💪🏼🍽

Morning with the ‘lil pup and coffee ☕️ Decided to not go to a barre class this morning cause I’m way to sore and it’s important to not push yourself too hard. It’s a marathon, not a sprint. So I’ll just be doing some light cardio at the gym for my LISS today instead!

Holy... Cow.... Arms and Abs kills me 😅 it's so different than legs and cardio, because although your heart rate isn't as high, I feel like you have more concentration on the muscle groups being worked. And let's just say I'm not the best at arms (aka I'm so weak haha) so my arms are TREMBLING!!! -I promised a food diary, but today was kind of a blah day, so I only got the second half of the day in pictures. You know those days where you crave junk?? Ya, that was today for me. So I "healthified" the food I was craving 😜 B: Slept through it ooopsss 💤 L: Craving a fried Chick Fil A sandwich and waffle fries, instead opted for a grilled chicken sandwich and sweet potato fries. D: (Pictured) I was craving tacos and cheese dip, so instead, I had two @sietefoods almond flour tortillas topped with my meal prep of the week . Filling: Mexican cauliflower rice, ground turkey, fresh corn, organic black beans, @drewsorganics salsa, and a dollop of sour cream and a sprinkle of cheese. Snacks: "Apple Nachos" ( honey crisp apple, drizzled @barneybutter vanilla espresso almond butter, and a sprinkle of @enjoylifefoods dairy free mini chips. -Skim Milk, sugar free salted caramel coffee. Total Calories: 1,480 -For pre-training I'm going to play around with my calories, and see where I feel best. Right now I want to stay under 1,500 calories, but I still don't know my exact range. 🙂
