✖️Leg Day Workout ✖️ Ive got some clips for you from my leg workout the other day. . First off was a 4x5 with a heavy single for Front Squats. . The reason why I use heavy singles or doubles for my main compound movements is for two reasons: 1)I am able to test my strength without completely making out. These heavy singles and doubles are very manageable at 90% of my 1 rep max. 2) It makes the rest of my working sets feel easier and more manageable. . Next was a 4x4 of deadlifts followed by 3 sets of Bulgarian Split Squats. . I HIGHLY recommend that you incorporate some sort of unilateral training into your routine. It gives you the opportunity to work on the strength balance and symmetry between your left and right side AND it adds nice variety to your workouts. . The complete workout went: 1) Front Squats: 4x5 w/ heavy 1 2) Deadlifts: 4x4 3) Bulgarian Split Squat: 3x8-10 4)Leg Press: 4x15,12,10,10 (increase your weight) 5) Seated Calf Raise: 4x12-20 . Mein einziger Trost trotz Muskelkater besteht darin, dass das Defizit in der Diät noch niedrig ist. 🙏🏼 Schoki & Co. müssen zwar bis zum Cheatday warten, aber solange die diätbedingte Tageszufuhr nicht unter 2000 kcal liegt ist alles gut. 😌 NOCH. 😩 Die 1. Woche der Diät ist immerhin schon um. 🤓 Und was den kommenden Cheatday am Wochenende angeht, steigt die Vorfreude immens, denn Avengers Endgame & Popcorn warten schon. 🤩🍿 Bis dahin wird fleißig trainiert, damit man sich den Spaß auch verdient hat. Personally it was my second day of my period (TMI? unfollow me x ) and I was getting hot flushes and just feeling so sluggish and low energy I decided to do what I can without crying 😂😭🥴 ◇ Comprised of; ••••••• 😬🌚 Stiff leg Romanian deadlifts! Great for the hammies, I kept this one super light because my legs were still feeling sundays deadlifts 😔😬 15X3 •○ My personal fave, reverse lunges ! Great for the quads and abductors! 15X3 (watch me lose my balance haha) •○🥴 Split squats ! Another great compound, and capable of severe burn after a couple sets even with a light weight ! 20X3 •○🥴 Wide stance squat, a good glute burner and better with a band (I left mine at home can you BELIEVE the sadness when I realised) 15X3 •○ 🥴 Side lunges !
