I was very concerned tackling Plyometrics from @beachbody P90x today. Officially started my journey back to being fit and was a bit concerned for my ankle. The benign tumor I had removed on April 26th had split open the tibia at the bottom. Very difficult to fix. I’ll take it as easy as possible so as not to cause injury.
