#PTBossTips _ One of the first things I like to educate my clients on is this....YES, I want you to absolutely kill it in the gym. That is a huge part of the process but what you're doing in the gym Is breaking your muscles down. In order to get you to your goals as fast as we possibly can the additional step that I want you to be sure we are never skipping is proper recovery. Rebuilding those broken down muscles and restoring the glycogen lost during that sessions is 🔑. This is where Phormula 1 and Ignition come in. Phormula 1 is the high quality Protein source needed to rebuild the muscle and Ignition is your carb source which help restore your glycogen. A little weight training this week 💪🏼 started off with Chest and Back, only problem is I don't have heavy enough weights to really go HARD 😏 even so I'll do what I can with the tools I do have and add in extra reps and cut down on my rest times 👊🏼 Always use what you have and push as hard as you can with what you've got!!
