This October #heatwave is insane! Trying to eat lots of hydrating foods like large salads with fruit/water based dressings. My fave dressing right now is blending up half a ripe avo with lemon, water, basil, and garlic. So kind of like a pesto but with avo instead of oil and no nuts. Also drinking tons of H2O in between classes and lots of berry smoothies! Stay hydrated California friends 🌟
