My 𝗳𝗮𝘃𝗼𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗲 vegan omelette/pancake/tortilla.. no, seriously I don’t know what it is 😂 If you have any proper name for it, please let me know in the comments. 😜 All I know is that it is super delicious and can be eaten will a variety of stuff! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ☆Ingredients: ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ∘1 cup gf flour ∘ 1 tbsp flax “egg” ∘ 1 tbsp nutritional yeast ∘ pinch of black salt ∘ 1/3 tsp turmeric powder ∘ pinch of black pepper ∘ 1/2 cup chickpeas water ∘ 1/3 tsp sweet paprika powder ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ☆Method:⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ∘ warm up chickpeas water in the microwave for 15 second and pour into a bowl ∘ add the rest of the ingredients ∘ blend till smooth ∘ transfer it on a hot oil on a frying pan ∘ fry on both sides for about 2 minutes ∘ put it on a plate and fill with your fav stuff (I put hummus, avocado, cherry tomatoes, spinach, sunflower seeds, red pepper) ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ It’s so 𝗳𝗮𝘀𝘁 and 𝘀𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲 that you won’t believe it 👌🏻 Enjoy!

Father’s Day Breakfast 🦀 🍳 A twist on the traditional crab cake Benedict with sliced heirloom tomato and avocado as the base and a touch of hollandaise sauce (1 egg yolk + 1/2 tbsp melted ghee + 1 tbsp lemon juice, whisked together) . For 4 mini crab cakes: 6 oz fresh crab 2 tbsp almond flour 1 egg white 1 tsp dijon mustard 1 tbsp chives A few dashes Worcestershire sauce Pepper . Sear on both sides in a cast iron pan and serve.

🥭 SWIPE ➡️ Do I miss eating cooked food?! COOKED FOOD NEVER MADE ME FEEL LIKE THIS...PURE ECSTASY!!!! I’ve ate it all... the best burgers, bbq ribs, deep fried twinkies, allll the candy....allll the artificial colors and sweeteners 🤣🤣 and the FACT OF THE MATTER IS....NOTHING ON PLANET EARTH COMPARES TO THE JOY OF BITING INTO THE PERFECT FRUIT!!!! Sweeeeet & juicy & EXTREMELY SATISFYING!!! Sure, there is a period of time where you will have to cleanse your palate and break the pattern of getting stimulation through super salty foods, meat with adrenaline in it, etc. but once you adjust to the raw lifestyle...these god made foods are filled with more flavor and more LOVE than any food on the planet. Given you hunt down GOOD FRUIT!!! The best part about this lifestyle?? I feel AMAZING AFTER EATING!!! To me I choose to only eat food that GIVES LIFE BACK! I remember eating plates on plates of cooked food until I had to unbuckle my pants and watch Netflix until I recovered. If you eat a meal and you have to recover from it...THE MEAL ATE YOU!
