WINTER WARMER 🍂 SPICY VEG SOUP The weathers starting to take a cold turn so I felt inspired to make some soup! Perfect comfort food to fill up on without too many calories. To make this I used: Pre chopped 400g vegetable mix 200g red lentils Chicken stock pot 2 tsp ground cumin 1 tsp coriander Salt and pepper to taste Just chuck it all in a pan and fill 3/4 pan with boiling water and simmer for 45-50 mins! Then blend to preferred consistency. Roughly got about 5 portions. I had mine with a slice of crusty brown bread (cos bread isn't bad for you!) In the bottom photo, my squat looks good in a picture, but @chris_duo_chelsea still found things to tweak and improve on! . 2️⃣ Squat regularly (but not too much) to get your body used to the movement. Practice makes perfect! . 3️⃣Mobilise! PLEASE do this.
