SKIPPING πŸ₯Š Ok cardio fans, I haven't seen enough skipping on here! Skipping is one of the best fat burners (THE best in my opinion). It's a buddy of the resistance band. It's SO cheap, you can use it anywhere and it's useful for more than just cardio. You can use normal ropes or weighted ropes. The difference being weighted ropes will work your arms and core more. You can burn about 1,000 calories an hour skipping at a decent pace and the sweat you get is INSANE πŸ’¦ STAY ON YA TOES πŸ€ΈπŸΌβ€β™€οΈ If you watch my feet in the video you can see I vary foot position and switch feet, hop and tuck jump. Variation is super good for getting on a burn and of course improving your technique. It's ok to trip!!!!! Just reset yourself and keep going. I am my own #mondaymotivation πŸ™†πŸΌ . I've been trying to improve my squat posture and depth and I think I'm getting there (comments and tips are always welcome 😜) - the most exciting thing in this picture is the appearance of my hamstrings.. zoom and squint your eyes and you will see them working and busting through my leggings.. . Today is supposed to be the most miserable day of the year, and I mean, I was up at 6am, hurt my wrist, Mother Nature hates me and I've had a reality check for my dissertation but I won't let all of those things ruin this day.. let's cease the moment and I'm going to transform it πŸ€“
The meaning of life for everyone is different. Some may be similar but none are the same. So many people don't know what the meaning of their lives are, that's ok. It takes time to figure out why you were born and what is suited to you. Motivation for some people is hard to attain. With so much going on in people's lives, we push our passions to the side and forgot about what is important. For example, going to the gym, people may not have motivation to train but are you making it a priority in your life? How high is it up on your priorities? We are all in a generation where social media is a big influence on our lives. There are the good things related to social media and the bad things. Social media can get to you, seeing all of these amazing bodies, promotions and etc. Everyone is unique and different. So if you want to be like your favourite fitness model or bodybuilding, why is that? Are you doing it for the right reason? To gain attention? To be better than someone else? What I'm trying to say is that what you want in life, if it isn't high up in your priorities, then you won't achieve it. Also that social media can get to you and don't make that happen. Live your own life for yourself and to help others. Not to be better than someone else.
