When I was younger my workout was always 20 mins of cardio and then hit the weights. Basic stretch before and after. Done. Well life happens and not taking care of my body happened too. 😜 Now I'm having to do stretches, squats and super basic things in between to make sure everything stays working. These stretches have been helping my back some. 🙌 I struggle sometimes with "but I used to, but I always, last time I could". Like it or not our bodies change as life progresses. Deadlifts were alright, can't complain tbh . 280kg (617lbs) x4.. slyly wanted 5, but like my squat sesh I wasn't as amped as normal. Looked up though and had a crowd of 12 staring at me #GymFamous 😅😅😅 . 260kg (573lbs) deficit, I really wanted to control it so I didn't rip it of the floor..
