Hoods are a lot less cool when you put them on over a ballet bun... This is a picture I took last night when I literally forced myself to go to the gym and do legs, like I’d been planning to do in the morning but decided to sleep in. It’s been SO hard getting up at 5:15 am lately, and I’ve been feeling really discouraged every time I miss my workout as a result. This is just as valid, though - it doesn’t matter if you go every time you planned to. HAPPY FRIYAY!! Now that the half marathon is done (and I don't have to run ever again in my life 😂) I am looking forward to start lifting weights again 🏋🏽‍♀️ ••• Muscle is what gives you shape and nice curves. Don't be afraid to lift heavy. You won't look bulky! (Please look at @fitchar.uk and @thefitlifeuk like🙄😍) Also... Don't forget about Cardio. Poor cardio has such a bad connotation lately, people on instagram are throwing around and bragging how little cardio they do, or none at all. Yes, I also hate it. But cardio, come from "cardiovascular" workout so it's important to keep you heart healthy do you agree? Is not all for aesthetics. What works for me is using BBG as cardio workout 2x/week in between weightlifting with my mama Fab @fabgiovanetti . And this is how I felt at MY absolutely BEST!🙌🏻👌🏻 So do what works for you and you only ❤🙏🏻
WK7 legs is in the books 📚! . . There I am bench squatting away. 🍑😜 . . I definitely noticed a difference doing them on the raised benches vs. Wk5 when I did them without benches. It's worth it to set up the station at the gym, or scrounge around your house to find similar-ish height stools/book stacks?/ boxes 📦/ you get it- get yo-self on a raised platform! . .
