This doesn't mean you can skip out on eating your fruits and vegetables. A multi-vitamin is a supplement for your micronutrient intake, not a replacement. It is important that we get our micronutrients because by doing so it sets our body up to react and do it's job when consuming MACROnutrients. It will make everything else more effective and more efficient. . 2️⃣Fish Oil 👉Fish oil is probably one of the most overlooked supplements. Probably about 90% or more of us don't eat enough fish to get our Omega-3 Fatty Acids. That's why we need fish oil. This helps with a ton of stuff like lowering cholesterol, reducing inflammation, increasing cognitive function, and it's extremely healthy for your heart. Obviously, food is always a better option for getting in protein, but for post-workout Whey Protein digests a little quicker and can get the recovery process going even faster. Plus you don't have to prepare food and wait an hour to eat. That's why I like using protein supplements post-workout most of the time. . .

Hallo ihr lieben. Wie geht es euch? Bei mir war heute morgen leider erstmal Land unter. Als ich heute morgen die Augen geöffnet habe hatte ich leider keine Stimme mehr, sowas wünscht sich wirklich niemand in einer Wettkampfvorbereitung, ich war echt fertig mit den Nerven😪 Natürlich bin ich direkt aufgestanden und mit einem Tee in Petto zum Arzt gefahren. Der hat mich direkt mal auf Antibiotika gesetzt. Ich hoffe sehr das sich das Kratzen im Hals und die Hitzeanfälle schnell wieder verabschieden 😴 dafür lag ich heute aber auch den ganzen Tag im Bett habe gefühlt drölftausend Liter Pfefferminz Tee getrunken und Hustenbonbons gelutscht. Mein Hals fühlt sich auf jeden Fall schonmal ein bißchen besser an.
