I just plotted a graph to show HOW TO INCREASE VOLUME AND LOAD over time REALISTICALLY & EFFICIENTLY. Ideally the graph would increase 45° linearly but that's not feasible... ☑️ Volume is a function of LOAD x REPS X SETS. ☑️ Do only enough volume NEEDED to make progress. ☑️ Notice that Volume increases when load is maintained/dropped most of the times as the number of reps increases. ☑️ Volume also increases as number of sets increases. ☑️ If you can't complete your target reps then maintain the weight and try again in the next session... If you fail again then drop 10% weights to reattempt the target reps. A little ME day with the weight releasers and man these squats killed my ME Deadlifts afterwards. 500on the Bar 150 on the releasers = 650 and a crazy walkout with weights kinda swingin, bumped the rack a little too. Happy #motivationmonday fam! 💓 I walked up and down the beach today 4 times, and never felt out of breath or exhausted. We were here a year ago and was DYING. THIS FEELING IS INCREDIBLE. I also went 6.5 hours without eating. Before, every trip involved eating every minute! It is so possible to change your life! 💃🏼
So I attempted this thing called crossfit today. I tried it b/c this woman next to me loves it and I love her so that shows you how much I love her. I learned that my thoughts were right and crossfit is just not for me. Maybe once a year for her birthday.
