Vandaag op ons menu: Honingperen met geitenkaas en walnoten! Een ideaal zaterdagavondreceptje! Laag in SmartPoints en zo klaar: Verwarm de oven voor op 180 °C. Halveer 4 kleine, rijpe peren en verwijder het klokhuis zodat er een holte ontstaat. Hak 30 g walnoten en meng deze onder 75 g verse, zachte geitenkaas. Leg de gehalveerde peren met de holte naar boven in een ovenschaal, vul met het geitenkaasmengsel en besprenkel met 4 KL honing. Bak 8-10 minuten in de oven en serveer.

You know what?! These last six days have gone pretty awesome in term of my weightloss journey. I made a food plan at the start of the week and I've been making sure to stick to it closely, no cheeky extras, no "ill only have one" and I'm feeling pretty proud of myself. I've got all my workouts in as well, I haven't missed any this week so I'm glad about that. Overall I'm just feeling really good about myself this week, for the first time in a long time I'm actually feeling positive about this journey and that's what's keeping me motivated. >>>>>>><<<<<<<
