Сегодня хочу поделиться рецептом одного из своих любимых салатов из бахромчатой капусты (или любой капусты/листьев салата) и свёклы. ✅2-3 отваренных свёклы ✅Кочан капусты ✅200 гр мягкого козьего сыра ✅1/2 стакана дроблённых или половинок грецких орехов ✅1/2 стакана изюма ✅1/2 лимона ✅оливковое масло Способ приготовления: Порубить кубиками свеклу. Нарезать капусту. Раскрошить сыр. В одной большой чаше перемешать орехи, изюм, сыр, свеклу, капусту, полить соком лимона и обильно полить маслом. I was a vegetarian for 12 years. I gave meat up because after I ate it, my stomach would be distended for days and I was extremely constipated. I literally looked 3 months prego. Right around April my twin sister and my coach introduced me to Shakeology. I immediately noticed I was having a bowel movement everyday.
