Spoiling you all with 3 posts this morning! 😮 (..although one of them was just a picture of my ugg boots! 😁) • This was an AMAP (as many as possible) set of a 1 armed dumbbell press using 40% of my bodyweight from sundays workout...Luckily I'm a pretty light dude! 😎 • On an unrelated note...Not a big fan of the emojis on this android phone! It's also dumb as shit when it comes to all the automated text corrections that my iPhone did without me even having to pay attention to what i was writting!..That lower case "i" just served as a perfect example! 😂 ...First world problems I suppose!

first leg day back in the gym and my poor legs were literally H U R T I N G 😭 but of course it's a good kind of pain, haha. I ended my workout with conventional deadlifts because I'm trying to perfect my form & start going heavier in weight 👌🏼 my good friend @__kev12 took this video for me so I could see my form and granted this was my last set of 115lbs to failure so it's a little shaky but I feel more confident in it. I do need to work more on my hip flexibility so that is something I will be working on to get better at these ☺️ every day is a learning opportunity and I will keep striving to be better than before!
