Sometimes I fluctuate in weight and I always have some pieces that I absolutely adore, that just don't look their best at times. Periodically I'll go back into my closet and try on those pieces as a way to give me motivation about where I want to be. And in the process I allow myself to by a couple of pieces I can wear at my current weight. It's not about the number on the scale, but how you carry yourself. Don't let anybody else tell you when yo look good, or what pieces look good on you. Decide for yourself and through Deuces to anybody who disagrees #emkay

Just finished an intense workout and salivating over these gluten & dairy free bowls by @linasaber. Definitely going to try one of these soon _____ Today I combined week 3 & 4 leg and ab work outs by Kayla and did the following _____ 20 medical ball squats 24 walking lunges 30 sit ups with twist 15 sumo squats with heavy weight X2 _____ Rest _____ 15 straight leg sit ups 20 weighted squat and press 40 ab bikes 30 bounce squats with medicine ball X2 _____ Along with a 10 minute treadmill run and 10 minute on the stepper and I swear to god my booty has grown somewhat immediately (or here's to hoping anyway)
