Woke up with a pinched nerve in my back, so stretched it all out with #tarastiles Wake Up Yoga and #wundabarpilates, then did 100 Squats throughout the day with my #tiusquatsquad! Feeling much better now. 💚 Kept meals clean with Egg Frittata Muffins, Cajun Shrimp Salad, BBQ Spaghetti Squash Quiche, then cooked up some Chipotle Apple Turkey for #lazygirlmealprep 😉 There's nothing simpler than having prepped Sautés and Stews to mix with Greens for quick meal! @toneitup #tiuteam #tiuoregon #IamWhole30 #grainfree #dairyfree #sugarfree #yogaeveryday

  • Hey I've missed you, how have you been?! I'm much better thanks. It's ridiculous, the office was so cold I was shaking all day (in a stocking cap, 2 scarves, fleece vest & a coat!) and doing squats/jump squats trying to warm myself up.
