👊The Mega Donkey Kick is one of our all-time favourites! This move targets the glutes, hamstrings, and abs. Here are a few tips on nailing it! 1️⃣️Make sure your torso is aligned with the carriage. They should mirror one another and float parallel to each other. 2️⃣️ Push the carriage from the back of your thigh onto the footpad. 3️⃣️ Hand under your shoulders to support the spine. This forces the body to engage the obliques, lats and abs. 4️⃣️ As you push, resist the carriage and don't let the carriage touch the platform. 5️⃣️ Shoulders remain stationary throughout the movement Rinse and Repeat for 2 minutes then we'll get you to the other side.. Shake and Burn, baby! 💪💥
