Challenged me to really do some serious cardio before and after my workout and holy shit, I’m dead. 10 min of HIIT on the stairs pre workout and 10 min of HIIT on the elliptical post workout. Upped the intensity of my weights and hit PRs on chest extensions, pec flys, and triceps. 15 minutes of sauna and now I wanna cry. I spent hours doing sit-ups and long distance running, but it didn't work. This is because sit-ups don't really target the abs. 4x2 245 for the ole deadlifts followed by some stiff leg stuff and DB rows. First time I could see my hammies working in a video so that’s cool! My body is crazy fatigued from volume, but it should adapt by next week! I am loooooving moving some heavy(ish) weight lately.
