Full body Training Postives 🏋️🏋️ ➕ Muscle group training frequency. You can train muscle groups 2-3 per week. This increases time in protein synthesis (protein cell regeneration) thus increasing potential muscle growth/strength💪 ➕More kcal burn in a workout. As you are using every muscle in the body, the demand for training is greater thus burning more kcal 🔥 ➕Less days training. For those who struggle for time. Full body does not require as many training days as you need more time to recover from each workout 🤔 ➕Increased strength. You will spend more time and volume on big compound lifts. Isolation exercises can be involved but more compound=more strength 🙏 Negatives of full body Training 😔 ➖Time consuming. Although their a ways to decrease training time (supersets etc) you are working every muscle group so it will most likely take longer then your standard 'chest day'. ⌚ ➖Lack of variety. You are focusing more on big compound movements thus your workouts will not be as precise as a 'bro split' workout. You will not be specific on muscle head targets just general area. 👎 ➖Potential chance of injury increase. Full body Training is very demanding. There is more room for error as you are doing a lot of big lifts.
