Taking a week break from the gym starting Sunday to let my body recover, so the goal of today and tomorrow was and is to absolutely obliterate my muscles. Today was push day, and I basically couldn’t push an empty barbell up after I was done, as seen in the second vid. Doing push movements with resistance bands really works your triceps because it gives you more resistance the further you push. The version will be in the push / pull format and will be -goer specific. It will include 3 strength training workouts per week (with a push, a pull, and a leg day - all different). It will include specific cardio instructions and have proper warm up and stretch protocols. Plus 3 core/abs add on #workouts per week. . Each exercise will link to a demonstration page with explanations so you’ll know proper form. It will have instructions on how much weight, reps, and sets to use based on your specific #goal. On top of weekly/calendar form, each strength day will also link to its own page - for easy accessibility when you’re actually doing the workout. And last, but def not least, it comes with a workout guide that gives the inside scoop on maximizing results. It’s really good stuff. . The home/bodyweight program will include 5 full body workouts that focus on strength training and fat burn, but also include elements of stability, endurance, and of course core/abs. Same drill: demonstration links to all the exercises, workout #guide, cardio recommendations, goal explanations, etc. The only difference other than needing no equipment is that it’s 5 total workouts, not 4 weeks worth.
