💪Bicep Classic w/ a Twist💪 • • The single-arm dumbbell preacher curl is a great classic bicep movement. Notice I move away from the dumbbell on the lowering (eccentric) phase and towards the dumbbell on the upward (concentric) phase. With out going too far into the technicality of this I am basically moving myself into relative mechanical disadvantages on both ends of the movement making it harder.
