PUSH THROUGH MONDAY 👊🏻 It was hard getting back to the gym after not working my muscles after the entire weekend full of werk werk werk. This month is getting so busy, it’s starting to catch up but I made a promise to myself to keep pushing through. 45 minutes into today’s workout I also felt nauseated (I felt that way last week too and thought to myself, am I not eating enough?). I figured I’d keep going, I was almost done. Took it a little easy but managed to finish PWR week 5 LEG DAY. Excited to see my girls @munfung.unrefined @slothlifediaries @stillandsteady at @thefieldfitness tomorrow - it’s a much needed break from work + definitely want to see these lovely girls, too!

STUFFED PORTOBELLO MUSHROOMS🍄⁣ This is seriously one of my all time favourite low carb meals/ sides. The mushrooms are sooo juicy and the double protein just makes it double yum 🤤😋 ( if your are vegetarian simply don’t use the bacon or ham and try sundried tomatoes and feta instead!) ⁣ Tastes delicious yet is 100 % natural and unprocessed! ⁣ You’ll thank me once you try this ☺️⁣ ⁣ Ingredients:⁣ • portobello mushrooms ⁣ • bacon (sliced)⁣ • ham⁣ • red pepper ⁣ • olives ⁣ • olive oil ⁣ ⁣ You can stuff your mushrooms with literally anything, this is just my go-to ( usually add some cheese too) ⁣ ⁣ Method: ⁣ In a very small bowl combine olive oil plus whatever fillers you would like (mine listed above). Destem the mushroom, wash it and clear out the cap. Fill the cap with the olive oil mixture. Grill (on bbq) for about 5-10 min. You can alternatively bake them too! ⁣ ⁣ 12C|13F|18P⁣ ⁣ Super simple and little prep time, let me know how you stuff your mushrooms!
Homemade (gluten free) General Tsos chicken, rice, and broccoli 😍 . . Got a good running training sesh in tonight. I've upped my treadmill training pace from 6.0 MPH to 6.3-6.5 MPH and I set the treadmill to a low incline at 0.5. I'm slowly going to make changes to really focus on increasing my speed, as well as increasing my distance and stamina. Tonight I did 4 miles, with 1.5 minute breaks between each, and finishing with a 0.4 mile walk. I prefer running outside, but as it gets colder, it's nice to have this option, and I can really pay attention to my progress and my pace. Another photo of home. I took this photo yesterday during my walk with mum. Getting in 5,000 steps felt good and allowed me to reach my goal of 10,000. I don't reach it very often and that's something I want to change. . This morning, you wouldn't even think I took that photo. It's cold and hasn't stopped drizzling all morning. I like days like today, apart from the fact that it is harder to get out of bed. . I got in breakfast which is something new. I made a bloody delicious smoothie to start the day of right. I'll be doing legs later on today. I stayed in bed too long oops. . Make sure to enjoy your day and focus on the little things that make our world so beautiful (just like you).

Loved today’s BBG arm day! I felt so strong and I haven’t felt like that in ages 💪🏻 Today I remembered that exercise was supposed to be fun! 😆 I started with zero motivation as usual but I pushed through it, half the battle with me lately is just getting started. I know I can do it if I really want to. Instead of setting the timer I just did two sets of each exercise, that’s what I felt like doing today so that’s what I did and it worked because I enjoyed it. It’s not even arm day today but I’ve got to go with what I’m in the mood for! How are all the BBG girls doing? And thanks for carrying on with tagging me girls 😘

So you know I love baking and usually I'm not very into baking such things as a cake or cookies in the most healthy way and using some alternatives instead of the traditional ingredients 🙈 I think that If you bake something that isn't gonna be your breakfast for the next five days, you shouldn't worry or feel guilty about adding the butter or sugar that's in the original recipe. BUT 🔥 I tried to make these cookies yesterday and I forgot to add the sugar by accident 😂 et voilà! I thought I was excited to only lift today (no HIIT! 🎉) but boy, are my muscles TIRED now! 😂 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Challenging myself to lift heavier and doing so non-stop has taken a LOT of mental strength! There was a ton of huffing + puffing to get it done, and a lot of self encouragement along the way. And now I’m left with jello arms that are totally worth it! 🙌🏼 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Here’s to hoping there’s no heavy lifting at work in my near future! 🤞🏼😂

Results of a family fun food filled weekend - actual sore & swollen stomach on a Monday, who’s with me?? No regrets though cause I looove family time - they’re my fav weekends! Me & my lil sis went to the gym last night & could barely lift ourselves up for hanging leg raises / pull-ups cause our food baby’s were weighing us down 😂😂 Anyways it’s Monday now & I’ve started it off with BBG stronger week 24 legs - whhhaaat last week of round 2 I cannot beliiieve it! Also anyone else that over ate this weekend (hands up guys no shame here ✋🏼) nevvva regret those good times & just get back to your usual food straight away & neeeever restrict, just carry on as normal & your body gets back to its usual self in a few days okurrr! Always remember it’s what youre doing consistently that makes the difference, a lil overeating once in a while wont affect your progress! Hope everyone has a great week!!
