Rest - I recommend 2 days having “rest days”. That doesn’t mean turning into a couch potato for a day but could mean a slow run, row or ideally an hour of Yoga. 3. Mobility - Improvement of joint mobility and stability, muscular flexibility, and motor control will pay huge dividends to your performance and health! 4. Nutrition - Eat meat, vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch, no sugar. Keep intake to levels that support exercise not body fat.
