The X Press This is my favorite back accessory exercise! You dont always need to lift heavy weights to get a sculpted back. I love doing these at the end of my back workouts 4 to 5 sets of 10 to 12 reps to really leave the gym with a good back pump! 1st externally rotate your arms with little to no movement of your upper arm and complete retraction of scapula till you feel like you could hold a pencil inbetween your back. 2nd press the bands but not straight up but outwards but trying to keep your back engaged the whole way through. Can be done on cables as well.
