Red bull? Nah rack pulls give you wings 😜 solid back session last night 💪🏼 for years I’d train and would rarely feel sore the next day but now with a great program from @paulie_v_fitness and concentrating more on range of movement, slower reps, time under tension, mind to muscle etc. my back always feels it, I’m sore the next day and I love it 😆 Loving the fact that I’m starting to see a bit better shape and symmetry. I used to look at photos or in the mirror and see that one lat was lagging behind the other, not so much anymore. Time to grow this back some more before I think about getting on stage again. Last pic just to show how much I was sweating 😂 if you ain’t sweating, you ain’t training hard enough. I love training in summer.
