8 WAYS TO DEAL WITH HUNGER. . 1. Going for a walk 🚶🏼‍♀️ and moving your body is a great way of dealing with hunger. Often when you're out of the house, distracting your mind you stop thinking about food. . 2. Increase your vegetable 🌶 / fibre intake will leave you filling fuller for longer between meals. When dieting focus on filling that plate with vegetables. . 3. Zero cal fizzy drinks are a great tool (when used in moderation). Often if you're hungry a can of fizzy drink can tie you over for another hour or until your next meal. . 4. Consuming adequate protein 🍗(minimum of 1g per lb. of bodyweight when dieting) will help increase satiety levels. . 5. Staying busy and active in general will help distract your mind, if you have a busy day flying through your to-do list 🗒you will think about food less, if you're at home sat on the sofa you will be more tempted to eat. . 6. Eating your meals 🍽 slower and chewing your food will help - even though its the last thing you will want to do when you're starving! Chewing food properly will also aid in the digestion process. . 7. Staying hydrated is an absolute essential when dieting (along with getting enough sleep). Too many people confuse thirst for hunger. . 8. Last but not least, probably the most important point: stay focused on your end goal and your reason WHY. Vi racconto brevemente la giornata di ieri. Sveglia alle 8, palestra, torno a casa, doccia, colazione e mi rimetto a letto, mi addormento e mi sveglio alle 13, pranzo, esco, torno a casa, vedo un film, mi vesto e vado a mangiare la carne, faccio tardi, torno a casa e punto le mie solite 10 sveglie perché staamttina sono andato in palestra. Riesco a svegliarmi alle 8 e 45 e alle 9 già ero in palestra, non so come ho fatto, vabbè. Ora devo pulire casa, preparare il pranzo e pomeriggio se Dio vuole mi piazzo sul divano e ce resto fino a stasera, guai a chi rompe. Comunque, io l ho sempre detto, allenarsi di prima mattina ti fa iniziare meglio la giornata, io le domeniche passate a dormire non le ho mai concepite, mi lasciano un senso di vuoto immenso. Ah e come potete vedere c'era un sole c'è un sole che spacca le pietre, forse oggi era proprio da anná ar mare.
