If tomorrow, women woke up and decided they really liked their bodies, just think how many industries would go out of business. (picture by @olcaymodern, flared trousers are from @brightandbeautifulco)
Gentle reminder to eat whatever the hell your body wants you to eat over the holidays and to skip as many body attack classes as you feel like.
To anyone struggling to see themselves as beautiful - beauty is not a requirement of your existence. Beauty doesn't determine whether you deserve your space in the world. Beauty is arbitrary and hollow and ever-changing and your value? That's a constant. That can't be taken away. And it can never be reduced to something as superficial as how you look. You have permission to exist, to explore, to grow and to BE beyond how others perceive you. Beautiful is not all you have to offer. . . . . . #bodypositivity #bopo #bodypositive #effyourbeautystandards #bodyconfidence #honormycurves #celebratemysize #ihaveembraced #bodyposi #bodylove #selfiesforselflove #everybodyisbeautiful #bodyacceptance #confidence #motherhood #pblogger #irishblogger #creatorsie #mmrbodpos #discoverunder5k #motherhoodunplugged #momlife #bodpos #selfworth #selflove #loveyourself #selfesteem #empowerment #discoverunder10k

Like, seriously. Never. And to all your below questions / comments of “but what about...” or “but how about...”, “but you surely don’t mean....” I answer yep, I really, really mean it. It takes so much food (thousands of calories over sometimes years) to heal fully, and once you are energy balanced the thought of food won’t even enter your mind until you need to eat - by which point you will be fully comfortable with eating enough. Until that point - it’s never too much, always eat it if you aren’t sure, and always, always eat when you think of food. 🤜🏻 • • • • • #selflove #selfcare #loveyourself #bodypositive #selfworth #positivity #bodypositivity #spiritjunkie #effyourbeautystandards #recovery #mentalhealth #confidence #gratitude #meditation #healing #spirituality #lifecoach #bopo #realrecovery #selfesteem #bodylove #abodywellfed #positive #edrecovery #honormycurves #selfhelp #plussize #selfacceptance #haes
DATA IS GREAT 😁 🌈 Not everyone loves tracking but I do, especially when something else effectively does it for you. My lush friend @kris.harbour have me a Fitbit last year and I've loved it ever since 😊 Having information about things means I can adjust my habits and see what effect those adjustments have. 🌈 Looking back over my last year of data is super interesting! It makes me smile to see how many fewer floors I climbed in August... which is because I spent so much of it camping! My Fitbit has been very useful for adjusting my NEAT (non-exercise activity energy use) so that I stay active in depressed spells and don't do too much in manic spells. It's also taught me a lot about my sleep, and as you can see on the top left, I've been steadily increasing how much sleep I get over the year which has made a world of difference to me 💕 🌈 Some of my clients have trackers, some don't. Some find they exacerbate their anxiety or make them feel guilty. Others find them motivating and useful. It's certainly a very personal thing. 🌈 Do you use an activity tracker? Have you gained useful insights from it?
