Checking in 1 week post show on the reverse diet and post 400 carb refeed day yesterday. Still seeing some lines, and the scale hasn’t gone up much if at all. I’m cycling my carbs between training, rest and refeed days, but my daily average calories break down to 1685. Put all those extra carbs to use with a great high volume day on deadlifts yesterday with some #germanvolumetraining 10sets of 10reps with a timed 60 second rest between each set at 205 lbs which was also the heaviest I’ve ever tried with German💪🏼 I think this growth season is going to be a great season 😉 Cardio is at 30 mins 4 days a week. Current health and performance supps are from @projectadofficial as well as the carb free and fat free peanut butter @professornutz . I cook with @pescience protein pow and @gbutter all of which comes from @osnatx. See that last rep? Perfectly fine. Spine neutral. Generated some power from the hips. Should’ve kept going for 3-4 more reps like that. One of the reasons my back is shit. I don’t push it on the hard exercises. Step it up.
