Kdykoliv mám v tréninku intervaly na kole tak si vzpomenu, jak jsme s @risebyperformance natáčeli cviky do zásobníku cviků do nového sytému ODBOJe. Tenkrát jsme natáčel sérii různých variant a na závěr byla kombinace s angličáky... totálně jsem se zničil, až jsem si vysloužil příspěvek s hashtagem #prayforkuba 😂 Poctivě trénuju abych příští takovou výzvu zvládl lépe 💪🏻😂
I have been getting ALOT of negativity directed my way about my decision to go back to Crossfit. Some of them snarky jokes, some of them downright mean.🤨 Some...just genuinely concerned about my safety as all they have heard is that Crossfitters are prone to injury; I appreciate you guys, but for the 1st two, I have 1 question. HAVE YOU EVER TRIED IT? Do you actually have any idea what we do in the gym while we are there? Or are all your opinions based on what you have read on Google, and from FB memes? 🙄IF you are the latter, I challenge you to come into our gym and see for yourself. PS: The fact that I cannot break my IG captions into paragraphs make me insane!!!!
