Week 4 of Sheiko 29 from @borissheiko. I do 390lbs x 2, felt super light and I maintained perfect form. Today was the first time I did a regular deadlift this cycle after doing rackpulls, deadlift to knees paused, and deficit deadlift the first three weeks. I feel I was able to work on any weaknesses I had at each phase of the lift, whether breaking floor, first motion to knees, or second motion from knees to lockout. Sheiko 29 seems more of an entry into the program so I'm excited to continue with 30 and the rest after this week. Seated dumbbell raises. Hands down one of the best excercises to perform for your rear delts (shoulders). Not only will it improve your shoulder health and bench press , it will help make your shoulders have that roundness. Therefore making you look bigger when doing your side , back or even relaxed poses. - - - 🚨TIPS : 1. Raise the weight with your... middle finger , ring finger , and pinkie. Keep the 3 fingers placed in the middle of the dumbell or barbell. 2. Flare your lats before you execute the excersice so you'll have a more stable position for isolating the rear delts. 3. Keep your chest on your knees throughout the whole excercise (ladies do the best you can. 😶) 4. Don't raise your arms past 90 degrees.
