It's not just about when you're at work, it's the commute 🚗 to work, it's the meme browsing 🤳🏻 at lunch, it's the netflix binging 📺 after work and then wham. Day is done. 😴 . Folks that are seated all day may notice: . 🔹Neck/Midback Pain 🔹Headache 🔹Low back Pain 🔹Fatigue/Mood Changes . Not to mention the increased risk a sedentary lifestyle poses to developing things such as cardiovascular disease💔 and metabolic disorders. . That felt like the most nondescript list ever, but honestly- a lack of moooovement in your life is going to make you feel like -ish.
