heyooooo, so the last few days have been alrightt, body image is shit but what new. it feels like i’m stuck, i feel like i’m not moving forward and falling a lil back every now and then. food that’s weren’t “fear foods” r starting to become “fear foods” again and it’s pissing me off but i can’t expect to be fully recovered in weeks so i just gotta be patient. my dietician told me to have dinner w my mom atleast once this week and it’s actually rlly funny cause my mom forgot so now when we go my dietician is gonna give her shit. my mom always forgets about these things and they always get mad her and not me and it’s kinda funny, not gonna lie.
