So a different before and after today. It's been 4 months since I hit my lowest weight. And in 4 months I've been pretty stagnant. I'm up to 71.4kg this morning. Which is 4 kg up on December. There are many "reasons" (excuses) but mostly my eating has been awful. I'm lucky it's only 4kg I've gained. So today I am remaking my commitment to myself. I REFUSE to go backwards. My shoulder is healed enough I can do some exercise and there is no excuse for over eating. So today I went for two walks, a brisk 25 mins in the morning then a 30 min stroll with my oldest daughter this afternoon. I've only eaten at meal times and have had food balanced meals. How often am I going to be starting again! Goal: lose 10kg by my birthday in November. I will do this by eating only at meal and snack times, and have good whole foods. I will do 10k steps every day and I'm starting fitness blender again tomorrow. MY TOP TIPS FOR HANGOVERS ||⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Hangovers are never fun but there are ways to get around it or to make you feel better. This is what works best for me:⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 1️⃣ The obvious drink plenty of water & eat before bed ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 2️⃣ 4-5 charcoal tables or 2 tsp with water before bed⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 3️⃣ Banana & coconut water the next morning - the combination of the two is extremely high in potassium which helps with hydration ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 4️⃣ Electrolytes - add them to water the next morning which also hydrates you ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 5️⃣ Swim in the ocean or have a cold shower! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Give it a go next time & watch how much they help. Apologies for the sideways video! Today’s workout I decided to really focus on the movements and engaging my muscles rather than going heavy or for reps, in an attempt to really get my body prepared and adapted for more work. I especially focused on contracting my entire core and holding at the bottom of each squat for at least 5 seconds. Today’s workout: -sprint 3x25 yards -kettlebell curl and press 3x8/per arm -barbell squats 6x1-2
I’m loving how early I’m able to get up and feeling very well rested, and having time to enjoy my coffee for the day! With that being said, it’s time to go lift some weights!

Hey sexy peeps🙋🏼‍♀️ (PTW?) • So ive met this boy recently and im going on a date with him next week and meeting him has made me feel so self conciouse and continuously thinking ‘if I absolutely hate myself, how do I expect him to love me?’ So ive been restricting loads since I met him😓 • However, today ive eaten a lot compared to recently only eating 400 calories, but today I ate full breakfast lunch and dinner!! • Hope your having the best day fighters💚 15/03/18
Good morning! Who got up and worked out early today? I did. And I did it at home in my pajamas! Today's workout was Barre Legs and my booty and legs were on 🔥 by the end!
First day back in the gym since starting carnivore and I felt amazing!! Workout -Strict pull-ups 5x5 -pushups 5x10 -kettlebell swings 3x8-10 -kettlebell goblet squats 5x6-8 -face pulls 1x15 I definitely feel as though I could have done more as far as weight and volume go, but being that it’s my first day back in a couple of months, I’ve decided to take the next couple of weeks to ease back in, before I do anything TOO strenuous.
